Where appropriate, we manage development projects using an iterative development life cycle. Rather than deliver the project in one go, we deliver core functional blocks of the system periodically, allowing you to review and provide regular feedback..
This should lead to a natural development of your requirements.
We encourage your users to get involved early, giving them the opportunity to voice their opinions and provide feedback. Allowing users to become involved in the development process makes them feel part of the project, making deployment and acceptance easier.

Avero is led by a senior I.T. professional with over sixteen years experience developing a range of applications for SME business and blue-chip corporations.
To ensure quality, reliability and accuracy of our deliverables, all projects are closely managed and adhere to industry standard development, implementation and testing..

Our Teams
Avero has a core management and development team based in Auckland, New Zealand, which manages projects, technical architecture, strategy, quality control and daily operations.
We like one or more of our principal developers to form part of your account team to ensure your requirements are being met.
Our development teams work through our virtual office, enabling us to scale size and skill sets accordingly.
